Poets.org, from the Academy of American Poets, is a fantastic resource for poetry. Choose the "Occasions" tab for themes, or simply type your keyword in the search box. This site is included in the custom search above.
The Poetry Foundation is devoted to publishing and making poetry available to a wide audience. Their website is good place to find out about specific poets and browse new poetry from their literary magazine, Poetry.
